1、國標法蘭WQ(D)-S全不銹鋼精密鑄造污水污物潛水電泵采用不銹鋼精密鑄造外殼,具有耐腐蝕、環(huán)保型、揚程高、(流量大等特點。
2、油室采用氟橡膠雙面機械密封,外室采用單面氟橡膠機械油封結構,有效地減少因骨架油封與軸之間摩擦而造成的密封進水問題。
3、電機采用高溫線, F級絕緣,熱保護裝置，轉(zhuǎn)子軸全部采用摩擦焊接工藝316接軸，有效地延長泵的使用壽命。

3.低揚程和大流量導致電機功率與泵的特性不一致；調(diào)節(jié)閥門減少流量，使電機功率與水泵匹配。
 使用條件：
1、以葉輪中心為準,潛入水下深度不得超過5m。
2、輸送介質(zhì)溫度不高于60°C。
3、輸送介質(zhì)的PH值304 (1-10),316 (4-14)。

The installation height of the stainless steel water pump is too high, resulting in insufficient immersion depth of the impeller and a decrease in the pump's water output; The allowable deviation for controlling the installation elevation of the water pump should not be arbitrarily expanded. The wear-resistant ring at the lower end of the stainless steel water pump is severely worn or blocked by debris. Clean up debris or replace worn rings.
The main reasons for motor overload or overheating caused by excessive current in stainless steel water pumps are:
1. The working voltage is too low or too high; Check the power supply voltage and adjust the transmission voltage.
2. There is friction between the moving and stationary parts in the pump or between the impeller and the sealing ring; Determine the position of the friction components and troubleshoot them.
3. Low head and high flow rate result in inconsistent motor power and pump characteristics; Adjust the valve to reduce flow and match the motor power with the water pump.
Usage conditions:
1. Based on the center of the impeller, the depth of submergence shall not exceed 5m.
2. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 60 ° C.
